Terms and conditions

This is a translation for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Swedish version of these terms applies.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Swedish kronor including VAT. You pay by card (Visa/Mastercard), and Swedish customers can also pay with Klarna (invoice, instalments or direct payment). Payment is handled by Stripe and we never see your card details.

Delivery

We ship with PostNord from Sweden, normally within one working day of the payment clearing. The shipping cost depends on the destination and on whether the order contains singles or sealed product. You choose your country in the cart and see the price before you reach the checkout.

Free shipping applies to orders that reach the amount in the table above after any discount and contain at least SEK 59 of single cards, also counted after discount. An order of sealed products alone does not qualify, whatever it comes to.

A single card priced at SEK 1,000 or more always ships registered and insured. It is collected from a service point against ID, which protects both you and us if anything happens in transit. Within Sweden everything ships with the same service, whatever the order contains.

We currently deliver only within the EU, so no customs charges or import VAT apply to you as a customer.

Buy 3 singles, get 20% off

Buy at least 3 singles in the same order and you get 20% off those singles. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. It does not apply to sealed product, accessories or shipping, and cannot be combined with other offers. We may end the campaign at any time; orders already placed are unaffected.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days to change your mind under EU distance selling rules, counted from the day you received the goods. Email hej@nordicpulls.se before sending anything back. You pay the return postage. We refund the full amount, including the cheapest delivery we offered, within 14 days of you telling us you have withdrawn — we may hold the refund until the goods are back with us, or until you show that they have been sent.

You may examine an item as you could have done in a shop. If it has been handled beyond that, we deduct the loss in value. A booster box with the wrap cut open, or an opened booster pack, cannot realistically be sold on, and the deduction is then close to the full price.

Complaints

Did an item arrive damaged or faulty? Get in touch as soon as you can and we will resolve it with a replacement or a refund.

Personal data

We store your name, address, email and phone number in order to deliver your order and to meet Swedish bookkeeping law. Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never sell your data on.

If you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email address, your language and the moment you confirmed — the last as the record of your consent. The address is used for the newsletter only. Every issue carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops the sending immediately.

Cookies and visitor statistics

We use only one strictly necessary cookie, which keeps track of what is in your cart. It requires no consent because the shop cannot work without it.

For visitor statistics we use GoatCounter, which we host ourselves on our own server in Sweden. It sets no cookies, creates no identifier that follows you between pages or sites, and does not store your IP address. We see only aggregated statistics such as page views, referring site, country and browser type. No data is shared with third parties and nothing is used for advertising.
